How to Request a Return
- To request a return, email us at info@signatureproductsales.com within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Requests by phone, text, mail, or courier will not be accepted.
- Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return in your email.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may choose any carrier. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
Exceptions
- Products marked non-refundable (such as clearance items, digital downloads, consumables, or custom orders) cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will cover return shipping or offer a replacement/refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
- All returned items are inspected within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends/holidays).
- You will be notified by email whether your return has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Please note: Signature Product Sales LLC is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card issuers, PayPal, or other external payment processors.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your state or country. Where such laws provide additional protections, they will apply.
