Shipping policy

General Information

Shipping options vary by product. Please refer to each product listing for specific shipping or pickup availability. Our general policies are as follows:

Carriers & Processing Time

  • We primarily ship via U.S.P.S. and DHL.
  • Orders received by 2:00 PM EST are prepared for shipping the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST are prepared the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders when available.

Shipping Costs

  • Many products include free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Products not eligible for free shipping will display calculated shipping at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
  • Products not eligible for either free or paid shipping may be picked up at our warehouse in Davie, FL by appointment.

Local Delivery

  • Some products may be available for local delivery through Square-affiliated services such as Uber and Postmates.
  • Delivery fees and terms are set by those third-party services, and Signature Product Sales LLC is not affiliated with them.

Freight Shipments

  • Oversized or overweight items requiring freight shipping may be quoted by us upon request.
  • Customers may also choose to arrange their own freight transportation.
  • Unless otherwise arranged, freight deliveries are curbside only.

International Shipping (Coming Soon)

  • Once international shipping is available, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance.

Responsibility & Claims

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.
  • Please inspect shipments promptly and report any damage or incorrect items to info@signatureproductsales.com within 48 hours of delivery.
