Modules allow for wireless control of multiple electrical devices such as bathroom lights, fans, and towel warmers. This on/off switch module retrofits to your existing light switches.

Carriers & Processing Time
• Orders ship via U.S.P.S., DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
• Orders received by 2:00 PM EST are prepared for shipping the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST are prepared the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
• Tracking numbers and carrier are provided for all shipped orders when available.
Shipping Costs
• Most products we offer include free shipping within the 48 continental United States.
• Products not eligible for free shipping will display calculated shipping at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
• Products not eligible for either free or paid shipping may be picked up at our warehouse in Davie, FL by appointment.
Freight Shipments
• Oversized or overweight items requiring freight shipping will be shipped by the carrier / freight forwarder / 3rd party logistics provider of our choice.
• Unless otherwise arranged, freight deliveries are curbside only.
• Failure to provide accurate information that results in additional costs shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser / customer.
International Shipping

At Signature Product Sales LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following terms and conditions before requesting a return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must email us at info@signatureproductsales.com within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made by phone, text, mail, or courier will not be accepted. Your email must include:
• Your order number
• Product description(s)
• Clear photo(s) of the item(s), (we may request additional images if needed)
• Reason for return
Refund Process
• Within two (2) business days of receiving your request and required information, we will review your case. We will then email you either to request further details or to provide return shipping instructions.
• If approved, you must ship the product(s) back to us within seven (7) calendar days of our approval email.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs and may choose any carrier. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
• All returned items are inspected within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified by email whether your return has been approved.
• If approved, your refund will be issued within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to the original payment method.
• Please note: processing times by banks, credit card issuers, PayPal, or other payment providers are beyond our control and may delay the appearance of funds.

General Information
Shipping options vary by product. Please refer to each product listing for specific shipping or pickup availability. Our general policies are as follows:
Carriers & Processing Time
- We primarily ship via U.S.P.S. and DHL.
- Orders received by 2:00 PM EST are prepared for shipping the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST are prepared the next business day.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders when available.
Shipping Costs
- Many products include free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Products not eligible for free shipping will display calculated shipping at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
- Products not eligible for either free or paid shipping may be picked up at our warehouse in Davie, FL by appointment.
Local Delivery
- Some products may be available for local delivery through Square-affiliated services such as Uber and Postmates.
- Delivery fees and terms are set by those third-party services, and Signature Product Sales LLC is not affiliated with them.
Freight Shipments
- Oversized or overweight items requiring freight shipping may be quoted by us upon request.
- Customers may also choose to arrange their own freight transportation.
- Unless otherwise arranged, freight deliveries are curbside only.
International Shipping (Coming Soon)
- Once international shipping is available, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance.
Responsibility & Claims
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.
- Please inspect shipments promptly and report any damage or incorrect items to info@signatureproductsales.com within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return
- To request a return, email us at info@signatureproductsales.com within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Requests by phone, text, mail, or courier will not be accepted.
- Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return in your email.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may choose any carrier. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
Exceptions
- Products marked non-refundable (such as clearance items, digital downloads, consumables, or custom orders) cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will cover return shipping or offer a replacement/refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
- All returned items are inspected within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends/holidays).
- You will be notified by email whether your return has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Please note: Signature Product Sales LLC is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card issuers, PayPal, or other external payment processors.
